TERMS OF SERVICE
Before ordering from me, please read and agree to my TOS below.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤPayment:
Full payment is required before I begin.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Payoneer or VGEN only.
All prices are listed in USD.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤProcess:
I always provide a sketch for approval and can send additional WIPs upon request.
I usually begin within 2–5 days after payment.
Estimated turnaround is 1–3 weeks. If any delays occur, I'll let you know.
I don't work on weekends.
If you have a deadline, please let me know before commissioning me.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤRevisions:
Each stage of the commission (sketch, lineart, colors, etc.) includes up to 4 free revisions before you approve that stage.
Once a stage has been approved, additional changes may incur a fee: $10 per revision after approval. | $20 if the artwork has already been completed/finished.
Minor touch-ups or corrections for my own mistakes are always free.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤCancellations:
If you cancel after I've started, the refund will depend on the progress of the artwork. In general, up to 50% may be refunded. Completed commissions or in a very advanced stage of production are non-refundable.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤAI & Signature:
My artwork may NOT be used for AI training or any generative AI purposes.
Finished artwork will include my signature. It may NOT be removed unless I have given permission.
Copyright & Usage:

I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.
I may use the artwork for my portfolio, social media, commission examples, and self-promotion.
I will NEVER resell your commissioned artwork, merchandise it, or transfer it to another client.
If you reject a pose or concept during the process, I may reuse that idea in future artwork (never your character or design).
If you prefer your commission to remain private and not be posted publicly, a $50% privacy fee applies.
As an artist, I am free to sign all my works.
_____________As the client:
You may use your commission for personal, NON-COMMERCIAL, including: Profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and social media. Streaming, YouTube, Twitch, and VTuber/mascot use.
Printing it for yourself or as gifts is okay! (Without removing or cropping out the credits and the watermark)
You may repost the artwork as long as you credit me.
You may NOT sell, redistribute, mint as NFTs, merchandise, use for AI training/generative AI, or otherwise profit from the artwork without my written permission.
You are NOT authorized to Trace or take the illustration as a basis for the drawing and delete my signature.
Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and starts at +100% of the base price and may increase depending on the intended use (merchandise, branding, games, books, etc.).
